A Beast of a Man!

Posted by WWE Hall of Famer Afa the Wild Samoan: I could not be more proud of my Wild Samoan Training Center graduate/WXW Wrestler Angelo "The Beast" Samarripa. The courage that this young man had at only 20 years old to attempt to break the world record in bench pressing is amazing. He unofficially broke the record at The Life Center gym in Clermont at the age of 19, and no one knew of it. We were more than excited for him to have the opportunity to attempt this at the 1st Annual Aloha Festival. I told Angelo that he is my hero, and I love him so much. Don't go backwards, take a step forward and you will officially break this record. That's how much faith I have in you. I am very proud of him. I will carry some of the blame with me forever that this attempt was not successful, because Angelo has never said no to me, and he was at the park at 7:00 a.m., spending the whole day in the heat and sun without resting, helping in many ways with the Festival, all the way up until the time of his lift.
